Now to show you what I got
This block gives a brief overview of my past favorite projects and how my brain works (most of the time)
How my brain works for your process
Briefing
What goals and expectations should guide the product and the team?
Stakeholders hand over the requirements, which become the starting point for user stories and documentation. Requirements are captured and prioritized iteratively in the backlog, allowing flexibility to adapt to changes. I clarify the vision, goals, and product scope to ensure we always keep customer value in focus.
Research
Which user needs and market opportunities might we be overlooking?
I conduct thorough market analysis and benchmarking to understand the competitive landscape. At the same time, I apply various user research methods — such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing — to identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns. I encourage continuous feedback.
Create
How can we quickly develop and validate user-centered solutions and bring ideas to life?
I work closely with design and development teams to create early product versions through rapid prototyping and wireframing. These prototypes are tested, refined based on user feedback and data insights. Product roadmapping ensures we prioritize features and align efforts toward delivering the highest impact.
Launch
Which data will help us to measure success post-release, evaluate success and set future priorities?
After building, the product is audited and rolled out to stakeholders and users. I then continuously measure success through KPIs and data analysis (e.g., usage rates, conversion rates) to identify improvements and update the roadmap accordingly. I will use these insights to inform the next sprint planning.
